Tesla’s coils group

1 DESCRIPTION
This project consists of a coil that, through the circuit in the figure, can produce music like the previous project. Being larger it also allows us to observe phenomena related to induction such as the lighting of various types of lamps.

2 MATERIAL

2.1 CONSTRUCTION
Build a solid base for the coil
Wrap the wire around the tube making sure it does not cross over
Create the circuit shown in the figure
Build a length adjuster (e.g. in the picture)
Join the components so that the structure is properly supported by the base and the regulator is attached to the top of the secondary coil
Connect the circuit to the transformer

3 PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
The project is aimed at facilitating the understanding of the phenomenon of induction in a way that is fairly straightforward even for young children. The production of music allows to create a suggestive and captivating environment in order to bring many people closer to the world of physics.
